DMCA Takedown Notice
ToolSnap respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, ToolSnap will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the ToolSnap service that are reported to ToolSnap's Designated Copyright Agent.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please report your notice of infringement to ToolSnap by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit ToolSnap to locate the material
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. To be effective, a counter-notification must include:

- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where the material appeared before it was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if outside the US, for any judicial district in which ToolSnap may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice
Repeat Infringers
It is ToolSnap's policy, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
